Qualities:
LigEPT yellow powder/granule, with a minor bitter, no poison. The density is one.70. Decomposable temperature is 300 ordmC.
Soluble in chloroform, acetone, partly soluble in benzene, ethanol, CCIfour. Insoluble in gasoline, drinking water and ethyl acetate. Decomposion when conference strong acid and sturdy alkali.
Software:
Utilised for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex. As a secondary accelerator in blend with PZ and EZ. Comparable performance as EPT at curing temperature in dry rubber software.
Has reduce scorch and greater processing basic safety. Suited for mould curing. Need zinc oXiHu (West Lake) Dis.de and stearic acid as activators in a lot of types of rubber batch.
Effortlessly disperses in rubber, produce non-sXiHu (West Lake) Dis.Hu (West Lake) Dis. and non-discoloring goods. Mostly used in the manufacture of laEPT items, foam rubber, laEPT coating gloves, etc.
