It features a helical/worm gearing arrangement, providing an output torque ranging from 11 to 4530N.m. With an input speed of 300-1800rpm and an output speed of 0.06-349rpm, this device is designed for high-performance settings. The ratio of the device is an impressive 6.8-288, while the input power ranges from 0.18KW to 22KW.
Design aesthetics are also taken into consideration with color options including blue (RAL5010), silver-grey (RAL9022), or a custom color based on the client’s preference. The gearbox can be assembled in five different types: S, SA, SF, SAF, and SAZ. With a mounting position that can be either horizontal (foot mounted) or vertical (flange mounted), it offers flexibility in installation to suit various operational requirements.
The input form of this device can be an IEC flange, direct with a motor, or shaft input, making it suitable for single or three-phase operations. Made from low carbon high alloy steel, the gear material is incredibly durable and resistant to wear and tear.
