Our SA Series Helical worm gearbox boasts an array of impressive features. Weighing 15 KG, it offers a compact yet powerful solution for your gear reduction needs. The gearbox is designed with a helical/worm gearing arrangement, capable of delivering an output torque ranging from 11 to 4530N.m. It is engineered to handle an input speed of 300-1800rpm and an output speed of 0.06-349rpm. This range of speed accommodates a wide spectrum of applications and machinery requirements.
In addition, the gearbox comes with a ratio of 6.8-288, providing flexibility in its usage across various industries. With an input power range of 0.18KW to 22KW, it ensures energy-efficient operation without compromising on performance.
Customization & Mounting Options
We understand that every application has unique requirements. Hence, we offer customized support including OEM, ODM, and OBM services. The color of the gearbox can be chosen from Blue(RAL5010), Silver Grey (RAL9022), or customized as per your need.
We offer multiple assemble types such as S,SA,SF,SAF,SAZ for added versatility. The mounting position can be either horizontal (foot mounted) or vertical (flange mounted) based on your application requirements. The input form can be through an IEC flange, direct with motor, or shaft input. Whether your application requires a single or three-phase power supply, our gearbox is designed to efficiently work with both.

The gear material used is low carbon high alloy steel, known for its strength and durability. The gear undergoes a meticulous heat treatment process, including carburising, quenching and gear grinding to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
